Enjoy this freshly renovated home, water views from every room and window, all bedrooms are equipped with a/c, free WiFi and smart TVs. Fully equipped kitchen has an amazing view of the water.

The space is over 600 sq ft (about twice the size of a hotel room) with plenty of sunshine -- and room to relax on the couch, rest in bed or dine/work at the table. Visit the shops & cafes of Portsmouth. Two bikes & beach chairs. We are close to the beach (we walk there most days) and an easy drive Maine sites.

One very small guest room for a solo traveller, separate entrance, private bath, forest facing yard, semi private deck, off road close-by parking, and trails to meander steps from your door. This weathered lived loved home has been in the family since built in 1908. No relation to a hotel room, but clean, comfy, and convenient location.

Relax with some hydrotherapy featuring a private sauna, cold plunge pool, steam shower, jacuzzi, and massage chair. Coffee station, mini-fridge and microwave . Prepare a scrumptious meal over the charcoal or gas-fired bbq or in the wood-fired pizza oven. Note: Outdoor kitchen, outdoor shower and plunge pool closed November to April. This suite is attached to the main house with a seperate entrance.

We strive to offer a thoughtful balance between modern amenities and a natural setting. This space is perfect for two guests, with a maximum of four who are comfortable sharing tiny accommodations. We are pet friendly for an additional fee - one dog maximum per reservation.

Goose Point Getaway (a boutique AirBnB experience)

Our Goose Point Getaway is a one bedroom apartment located in the lower level of our home. Completely private with its own entrance and no shared space with the owners. You can see a peek of Spruce Creek (a tidal inlet) from the bedroom window and deck. The space has been designed to offer a relaxed, comfortable get away experience. Our home is located in a quiet neighborhood which loops around Spruce Creek.
