What makes the villa unique is its splendid elevated position, overlooking the beach and the calm sea below, offering a picturesque view and moments of pure relaxation. Each room is equipped with air conditioning, soundproofing glass, and mosquito nets, ensuring maximum comfort in every season. The modern and fully equipped kitchen features a four-burner induction stovetop, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee maker, microwave, electric oven, 5kg washing machine, TV, and Wi-Fi. The living room offers a splendid sea view and opens onto an outdoor patio, also overlooking the sea, perfect for al fresco dining or relaxing at sunset. Outside, the villa is surrounded by a large garden overlooking the beach and the sea. Access to the beach is private and direct via a staircase. The garden offers convenient parking for up to two or three cars. There is also a covered outdoor shower with hot and cold water, ideal for returning from the beach.

The Grand Hotel Chia Laguna and it's famous Piazzetta are just 100m away, and several shops, restaurants, bars, the Pharmacy and newsstand are at 200m. All furniture, appliances, table and kitchenware are of the very high level

La villa immersa nel verde, avendo alle spalle le montagne, offre la possibilità di percorsi trekking mozzafiato a picco sul mare.

An almost private sandy beach is only 300m away, a great restaurant on the most beautiful beach in Sardinia, Tuerredda, is only about 1 km away. The photos say the rest.
