The house is conveniently very close to the boat launch. - It has a large patio to enjoy the outdoors and a fire pit for late night bonfires. Propane grill also provided. - This house is situated for family use, no larger groups or parties allowed. We must be respectful of the neighbors.

Off The Hook Lodge

Enjoy time with friends & family in this canal front home that leads to 800 acre all sports Sage Lake. Whether you are playing corn hole or sitting by the fire you will feel right at home. For safety it is not advised to swim in the canal, but we provide kayaks, paddle boards and a paddle boat to get out to the main lake. There is 30’ of dock space on the 65’ shared dock. Firewood is not provided, but there is a house that sells it just south of the boat launch.

You'll love the view and amenities of this lake house. This home is situated on a larger 400-acre parcel with a lot to offer. Start a game of basketball, play volleyball, kayak, bike, hike, fish, the list goes on and on. You enjoy privacy overlooking the lake on several acres on which this house sits. Travel down to the spring fed pond and enjoy the 180-foot water slide or pond swing. This home will become a reoccurring getaway for you and family/friends.
