Great S. Salinas neighborhood within walking distance to Old Town. In Old Town you will find great restaurants, places to get a drink, nightlife, and movie theater. Centrally located, 100 miles to San Francisco, 15 miles to Monterey Peninsula (Fisherman's Wharf, Aquarium, Pacific Grove, & Carmel). The unit is brand new. Cozy, sunny, and spacious, with lots of privacy. There is a Microwave, Keurig, and mini-fridge (no freezer) available for use. There is NO stove, oven, or air-conditioning.

Queen size bed, ceiling fan, Dyson heater,fan air filter, gas heater\fireplace, 35" flat screen swivel TV, Keurig coffee maker, and a large roll-in shower. Mini fridge, microwave, spacious patio & fenced yard right outside the door. There is NO KITCHEN. Dogs welcome with pre approval. $25.00 dog fee per stay. Due to extreme allergies cats are not allowed.
