This place would be great for a large family or group to get away from the noise of the city. or a group working in the area. Located on 20 acres with a pond, plenty of wild life to see, Located just a few short miles from Lake Huron, Hubbard Lake, and only 15 Minutes from Alpena. A large trail system nearby, for snowmobiles, quads and other off road vehicles. Great place to just sit back and relax. Very Private, nearest neighbor is me, 20 acres away. No hunting or shooting allowed.

A fixer-upper. The house is ready now with some ongoing projects. The house is one bedroom on top of a two-car garage so being able to climb steps is a must to enter the living space. The house is located in town. Less than a 5-minute stroll to the lake passing a coffee and ice cream shop, a consignment shop, an art gallery, etc. This is a great place to stay for the Harbor Town Weekend in September. My place is less than a block from Restaurants, an outdoor Splash Park, and beaches along Lake Huron. Within walking distance is a park with basketball and tennis courts, a bandshell for outdoor concerts in summer and more beach access. If you're looking for a night in, the backyard is private with a firepit and hot tub, or enjoy the game/activity room downstairs.

Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of fun. This rustic cottage is on Lake Huron between Alpena and Ossineke. Great location to bask in the sun, swim, fish, visit Mackinac Island, see Ocqueoc Falls,, ice fish, ski, snow mobile, camp fires and so much more. Amazing spot to unplug and spend quality time with family.

Only a 5 mile drive North to Alpena or less than 4 miles to Ossineke and venture to Dinosaur Gardens or Connie's Cafe for breakfast.

The Depot

This unique rental is situated right next to the railway, conveniently located within walking distance of multiple amenities and not too far from downtown Alpena. The train passes through almost daily, giving a fun, industrial vibe to the property!
