Welcome to our cozy 3-bed, 1-bath retreat in beautiful Frankfort, Mi! Entire 1300 sq ft upper level(tenants reside in the bottom level) is perfect for families or small groups, nestled on a serene 10-acre lot. Inside, enjoy a well-appointed living area, fully equipped kitchen, and three inviting bedrooms. A perfect getaway close to everything!! *note we do use the dressers and bedroom closets for storage, so they aren’t available, but there is plenty of other space available for your storage!

Pine Woods Retreat is tucked away on 2 acres of woods in Irons, this private retreat is made for unwinding. Enjoy the hot tub with lake views or smores over the outdoor fire pit. We are a dog friendly property. We are minutes from the Pine River, ORV trails, Tippy Dam, and Manistee National Forest. Due to unprecedented rain/flooding in the area this spring, the dock is unusable for the foreseeable future. *There is a small a/c unit in the living room. Portable fans are available as well.*

Get away at Treetops cabin in the woods. Enjoy the view of the sparkling lake from the top deck. Relax at the beach just a few steps from the walk out basement. The all-sport lake is a great place for fishing, power boating, or kayaking. Here you are just minutes from several lakes, rivers, and trails. Enjoy the downtown life of Ludington or Manistee, both only 30 minutes away. Summer Rentals are Sunday check-ins with a 7 night minimum stay. April, May and fall rentals are 2 night stay min.

Property includes natural springs, trout streams, and a 50-acre private lake with Bass, Pike, panfish, and more. Fishing boats are provided for your use. Maple Ridge Cabin is on the shore of the pristine Little Sauble Lake. This newly remodeled three-bedroom cabin sits in the cool shade of White Pines overlooking the lake, and comfortably sleeps 6 with a queen, a full, and 2 twins.

Just steps from the Little Manistee River within a small fishing community is a northern Michigan getaway with the style of a lodge retreat, and the comforts of home. Host family and friends for billiards, board games, and conversation by the fireplace. Curl up on a big cushy chair, and look out at the river with a cup of coffee. Little Cabin in the Woods

Little Cabin in the woods surrounded by State and Federal land, snowmobile, ATV and bike trails. Quick 30 mins drive to beautiful Lake Michigan. Cabin is heated in the winter and air conditioning in the summer. Kitchen has dishes and a coffee pot for that fresh first cup. The Cabin is rustic and sets in the woods and is visited by nature. The local residents are deer, bear & squirrels. No WiFi(yet), but we have two TVs with local channels. Fire Pit and outside grill.

Snowmobilers Paradise!!! Right from your door pick up groomed trails. Go explore the casino (30 min) or Caberfae and Crystal Mountain- skiing (30 min). Bring your off road vehicles, and have some great adventures. Have dinner at Nahtahka Bar & Grill a block away. When the lake is frozen enjoy ice fishing at its finest- pike, walleye, blue gill, crappie, perch. Come be my guest; relax, adventure and make wonderful memories in the cozy loft. So much to do or not to.

A on Thirty Acres, Township of Branch

Built in 2023. Our A-Frame style home is located on thirty acres of maple, pine and sassafras rising out of a blanket of ferns set in the Manistee National Forest. Over a mile of well maintained, hiker only, trail winds through the woods. Hosting only adults, this property was designed for romantic getaways. This peaceful setting is only a 20-minute drive to downtown Ludington & Lake Michigan, where you can find a nice meal, hit the beach or catch the S.S. Badger!
