Nestled between lakes in a fantastic location with breathtaking mountain views. Very peacefully situated, with the Osterseen lakes beginning right at your doorstep. The Starnberger See is just 500 meters away, as well as restaurants and shopping opportunities. Munich can be reached in 30 minutes by direct train or via the highway, just like the mountains. Stylishly and modernly furnished, the chalet accommodates up to 6 guests. A large garden with a terrace is also available for use.

Modernes, gemütliches Appartement im Untergeschoss unseres Hauses 15 km südl. von München . Stadtnähe plus Natur- und Dorferlebnis. Direkter S-Bahn Anschluss (S7), 5 Gehminuten, 30 Min Fahrzeit München Zentrum (Hbf/Marienplatz, Oktoberfest) , A 95 Anschluss. 8 km zum Starnberger See, Garmisch ist mit dem Auto in 45 Min erreichbar. Für Kleinkinder stellen wir gerne ein Kinderreisebett zur Verfügung. Wir freuen uns auf nette Gäste und helfen gerne weiter.

Einliegerwohnung für 2 Personen. Im Grünen mit Terrasse (Nutzung in Absprache) und dennoch stadtnah. Perfekter Ausgangspunkt für München und sein südliches Umland. Mit der S-Bahn (10 min Fußweg) sind Sie in ca. 30 min im Zentrum. Die Diele und die Terassen wird gemeinsam mit dem Vermieter genutzt. Preis gilt für eine Person (+ 20€ für zweite Person/Nacht).
