Then walk to the water in less than 10 minutes. This condo has a well-appointed kitchen, leather couches, a widescreen TV with cable and DVD in the living room, and another TV with Netflix and DVD in the bedroom. No pets allowed!

In the bedroom you will enjoy sleeping on our luxury queen mattress or maybe you’ll fall asleep in front of the fire on our queen memory foam sleeper sofa.

Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis. My second floor, pet-friendly studio is located in a small (15-unit) property at the quiet, north end of Seaside's famous Promenade, 'the Prom'. A short 15-min stroll to downtown and all the shopping, attractions, and restaurants! There's a peek-a-boo view of the Ocean over the the parking lot & beach grass, where the beach path begins :) 1-2 Pets are allowed for $50. Pets may not be left unattended in the unit... or in your vehicle, ty!

4-night minimum for July and Aug. Located a few short blocks from beach and promenade boardwalk, a few steps from river and climbing play-park! Wi-Fi, basic cable T.V., videos, games, books. Full kitchen with utensils and cookware. Spacious bathroom, soft linens. In response to a guest that said the bed needed some “fluff”, we now have a new comfy, foam-top mattress in the master. Lovingly renovated in 2021, our cozy get-away is only two blocks from the beach and three from the shops, restaurants, and entertainment of Broadway. Toast marshmallows on the secluded deck, take a sunset stroll on the Prom, lounge in bed with the latest bestseller, and explore the northern Oregon coast from our family get away.

The Edgewater Cottage #6

This lovely 1930’s cottage has recently been renovated, but still has that cottage charm. Great view of Netarts Bay, comfy queen bed, and modern kitchenette. You’re just a short walk down the stairs to the bay, or you can relax in the beach chairs out front. Guests love the cottage feel and being able to watch the pelicans and herons or catch a beautiful sunset. It is one of two units with a common wall specially sound proofed for complete privacy.

This room embodies the glamour of the Hollywood Regency style, adorned with glass and gold accents alongside ornate furniture.
