Our house is the perfect getaway for a family, group of friends or a couple. The lake and gardens around the house provide the quiet and peace of a retreat place, away from the busyness and distractions of the city. It's a very pretty drive to Columbia, MO (about 30 minutes), and 20 minutes to Rocheport, a very cute historical town by the Missouri River. A beautiful attraction that is close to our property is the Warm Springs Ranch. The Clydesdale breeding farm. This is a great place to visit.

One downstairs and two upstairs in addition to a daybed located in downstairs sitting room. All amenities including a wonderful laundry room, stocked kitchen, and a huge fenced backyard. This updated downtown retreat has two bedrooms, 1 bath, kitchen, living room, dining room and laundry. Off street parking is behind the house. This property has a large fenced in yard with deck and firepit. Majority of the time you can catch a nice breeze in the backyard while you relax. In the winter you can enjoy the gas fireplace in the living room and stay warm. Downtown is just walking distance way with historic sites and restaurants, coffee shops and shopping.

Charming Log Home

Come enjoy our log home! This home was built as a model log home. It has its own charm and beauty and is a great place to unwind if you don’t mind some road noise. High speed internet is available-but no TV The property is convenient and easy to access,with a large parking area, although being next to I70 it is not quiet and secluded, expect road noise.( ear plugs and white noise machines are provided.) There is no Laundry-A local Laundromat is available.

The Shouse

The Shouse is a rustic living quarters built directly under the same roof as our horse stable. Bring your horses along and they can stay here too. The home has recently been fully renovated from an Amish tack shop. It is located in the heart of an Amish community. Spend your evenings relaxing on the front porch and watch the horse and buggies go by. Ask about booking your own buggy ride while you stay to get the most out of your visit!

Fern's Farmhouse - Minutes to WAFB and State Park

Enjoy our peaceful and relaxing country home just 1 mile from Whiteman AFB, Knob Noster State Park and Charming down town Knob Noster. Hear the birds chirping in the day and the frogs of the ponds in the evening. Surround yourself with pines, pasture, fruit trees and blackberry bushes outside and space for entertaining or family dinners inside. Built in 1940, this cute old sheep farm still holds its charm with many modern updates.
