Ovo je udoban apartman na suncu u donjem spratu dobro održavane kuće iz sredine prošlog vijeka. Nalazi se u mirnoj četvrti na zapadnoj strani sa privatnim dvorištem koje vodi do malog parka u susjedstvu i udaljen je jedan blok od biciklističke staze Southwest Commuter koja pruža živopisnu rutu do bilo kog mjesta u gradu.
