Nestled on 830 acres, but just a couple miles south of town, this completely renovated, historic cottage has all the modern amenities. You can easily enjoy the tranquility of country living along with privacy, but have the conveniences of being 8 miles from town. This beautiful fully equipped home is attached to the main house through a connected laundry room that is available for use. We are only 12 miles from Bentonville where you can experience museums, parks, bike and walking trails. Many culinary and cultural delights await you!
