Stanovanje ima vse potrebno za udobno bivanje s povsem funkcionalno kuhinjo, kopalnico in udobno posteljo. Staro mestno jedro je oddaljeno 5 postaj z avtobusom oz. 20 minut, v neposredneje bližini pa je urbani center za koncerte, restavracije, trgovine in kavarnice.
