Welkom bij Rosa! Rosa is centraal gelegen in een groene omgeving aan een belangrijke uitvalsweg. Hierdoor ben je snel in andere steden, terwijl het gezellige centrum van Sittard op loopafstand (15min) ligt. Vanuit Rosa zijn er tal van wandel- en fiets mogelijkheden. Santiago de Compostella loopt langs de voorkant van ons huis en het Pieterpad op 1 km van onze achtertuin. In 10 minuten sta je in het stadspark van Sittard.

Kleurrijke Comfortable Caravan

Knus en comfortabel Onze Caravan is omgetoverd in kleurrijk paradijsje. Heerlijke bedden, een ingebouwd echt toilet, een gaskachel, een veranda.. Met veel aandacht en liefde hebben we de ruimte verbouwd en ingericht, zodat er een aangename verblijfsruimte is ontstaan. Je hebt de mogelijkheid om onze wellness apart bij te boeken in de middag, tussen 14.00u en 18.30u. De kosten hiervoor zijn €60.

Deze voormalige karakteristieke carré boerderij ligt onder de rook van Maastricht, Aken en Luik. Men kan prachtige wandelingen/fietstochten ondernemen vanuit deze plek. Het ligt immers aan de poort van het Heuvelland. Col du Fatten beschikt over alle faciliteiten voor een aangenaam contactvrij verblijf. De royale vakantiewoning heeft een eigen ingang en bevindt zich op de eerste verdieping. De woning is in landelijke stijl ingericht en heeft een mooi uitzicht over onze tuin en België, aan de overkant van de Maas. De vakantiewoning is uitstekend geschikt voor vakanties maar ook als verblijf voor zakenreizen.

Direct na binnenkomst van dit monumentaal huisje zult u zich thuis voelen en genieten van de warme inrichting van dit uniek gelegen pand op de Maasberg in het karakteristieke Oud Elsloo. Vanuit de woning ligt het Bunderbos en Kasteelpark op loopafstand, en de stad Maastricht ligt op 20 min. rijafstand.
