A cottage with a view in Ljungskile

This separate cottage has a view over the sea in a secluded, beautiful countryside setting, still just 5 mins from the E6 motorway. It is recently completely refurbished keeping the old style. On first floor a living room with a cosy fire place (iron stove), a bathroom with toilet, shower and underfloor heating, a small but fully equipped kitchen, and a dining room with doors to the terrace. On second floor it is an open loft with limited height functioning as a bedroom with 4 beds in total.

Welcome to our beautiful log cabin, surrounded by nature, and within short distance to the Kattegat Sea and the gentle beaches. The house consists of 3 rooms + a loft. Was built in 2008 and features modern amenities such as a sauna, hot tub, dishwasher, fiber internet etc. We do not rent to youth groups. Please note: Prior to arrival, a deposit of 1,500 DKK must be paid via Pay Pal. The amount will be refunded, excl. electricity consumption. Please bring your own towels, bed linen etc.

The cottage is located on the West Coast within walking distance to the beach, dune plantation and the cozy beach town Tversted. The house - which is year-round insulated is located on a large 3000 m2 of undisturbed land with views of large protected natural areas. The cottage is fenced - with a large area, and you can therefore let your dog run free. NOTE: From May to August, the tent is open and there is therefore the possibility of 8 overnight guests. Fullt utrustad stuga där du kan elda i kaminen inne eller tända en brasa vid grillplatsen som ligger ostört från andra grannar. För största naturupplevelsen kan ni nyttja båten som ingår. Den eldrivna motorn gör att du kan glida fram ljudlöst genom de lummiga kanalerna precis runt hörnet. 10 min från shoppingcenter.

Her kan I være et med naturen i og omkring et lille stilfuldt indrettet sommerhus på 35 kvm. indrettet med alkove og hems. Omkring huset er der terrasser med saunatønde, udendørs bruser, udekøkken med gasgrill og pizzaovn, bålsted og shelter. Det betyder, at sommerhuset er lige anvendelig som "lovenest" for et par, der ønsker at nyde tosomheden i hyggelige omgivelser som for venner, som kan lide udelivet måske oven i købet med udendørs overnatning.

Der er mulighed for, mod betaling, at oplade elbil med Refuel Norwesco oplader. Vi forventer at hytten efterlades som den modtages .

Der er 3 soveværelser med dobbeltsenge. Køkkenet indeholder foruden komfur og ovn også opvaskemaskine. Der er et badeværelse med bruser og vaskemaskine. I stuen er der TV samt trådløst internet. Rygning og husdyr er ikke tilladt.
