Sleeping up to 5 adults in 3 bedrooms this cottage has everything you need for a comfortable stay, underfloor heating, log burner. Patio looking over the fields and a garden shed for bike storage. Bathroom upstairs and a downstairs loo. There is a pub serving food in the village and a farm shop and cafe at Sledmere house which is a 5 min walk away.

Relax in your kingsize bed, or unwind in the rainfall shower after a busy day visiting Castle Howard, Scampston Hall, Sledmere House, the coast, York, or wandering the Moors. With its double height vaulted ceiling and full height double aspect windows the open plan kitchen living diner offers a light and airy space to unwind and enjoy the view of surrounding fields. The Old Hayloft is a hidden gem within close walking distance of cafes, bars and restaurants, independent shops, places of interest, and the fabulous Beverley Minster. The railway station is close by. The very private and luxury accommodation is upstairs with its own entrance and a large and very comfortable super king bed. Tinson's Barn

NO SMOKERS. The HOT TUB is exclusively yours! This barn is unsuitable for children. Please ensure that all guests are happy with the house rules before booking. Please also note that the property has slipper baths - there are no showers or shower heads (see pictures) Private area with seating and a hot tub. We are in the countryside but only 2 miles from local amenities. Pocklington is 2 miles, The beautiful city of York is 12 miles, the coast is only an hours drive.
