Gorgeous large three bedroom cottage on a small working farm inside Bristol. Private gardens and hot tub. Offering the best of city and country life. Amazing location just a £10 uber ride into the centre of Bristol. Uniquely positioned with fantastic and easy driving into Bristol as well as stunning views of the city from the farmland. Old Barn, Dyrham, Nr Bath

Old Barn is located in the yard of our family farm, we are conveniently located between Bath and Bristol, 5 minutes from the M4, junction 18. Desk and fast WiFi. A very handy location for those of you visiting the Badminton horse trials. Recent renovations have been carried out with love and care by master builders, it has all of the modern comforts you would expect from a new home but retains the rustic charm of a Cotswold Stone barn with vaulted ceilings and exposed oak beams.

Light and airy, The Cottage is a converted haybarn built into the gentle slope of the hill. Downstairs there is a sunny double bedroom and a shower room, upstairs a double height open plan living area with fully equipped kitchen, dining table, sitting/tv area with far ranging views across open fields and a stable door opening out onto the back garden with outside sitting/eating area and mature apple trees.
