Architecturally significant and award winning eco house one mile from Bristol City Centre situated in the leafy suburb of Redland. The self contained property is well equipped, sleeping up to five people comfortably. There is ample secure off street parking accessed down the private drive shared with the main house in an historic and rural setting in the curtilage of the old farm. There is one double bedroom with en suite wet room, one twin bedded room with separate bathroom and a sleeping area upstairs. There is no smoking allowed throughout the property. The property is a 10 minute walk from the bustling Whiteladies Road, Clifton and Durdham Down and 10 minutes from the thriving Gloucester Road and one mile from the city centre (Cabot Circus, Park Street and Harbourside). There are excellent bus services giving access to most of the city and a local train station which also links to the national rail network. South facing, quiet, cottage with exceptional views set in valley of "Outstanding natural beauty" close by "The Cotswold Way" and miles of wonderful walks from the doorstep. Light filled rooms are decorated with original paintings and textiles. There are 2 computer chairs, a good table for laptops & business connection wi fi in the cottage. Gran’s Cottage is a beautiful three bedroom cottage dating from 1890, fully modernised & refurbished. We can accommodate upto 5 guests in our stonebuilt cottage. Gorgeous large three bedroom cottage on a small working farm inside Bristol. Private gardens and hot tub. Offering the best of city and country life. Amazing location just a £10 uber ride into the centre of Bristol. Uniquely positioned with fantastic and easy driving into Bristol as well as stunning views of the city from the farmland. Looking to Ashton Court and the suspension Bridge. Fab for balloon fiesta. Excellent position to Bristol airport as well as Ashton Gate stadium.
