Our charming upper studio private suite is located on a quiet treed street in beautiful Collingwood. Its decor celebrates the charm of small town life, celebrating a connection to nature and setting a happy vacation tone. It's a ten minute walk to our historic downtown, offering unique shops, galleries and creative places to eat and drink. Sunset Point Park is closeby and a network of more than sixty trails is one block away. We are a ten minute drive to Blue Mountain where adventure awaits.

This suite occupies a full floor of the guest house & features a PosturePedic queen bed with a goose down duvet and luxurious sateen weave cotton sheets, a walk-in closet, sitting area, workstation, and TV. It also has a gorgeous bathroom with a hydrotherapy bathtub and large shower. There are five windows for lots of sunlight and California shutters to shade it out. The pool is heated to 85°F (May-Sept). The kitchen, dining room & backyard amenities are shared. Your hosts live on the premises.

Close to Lake Simcoe & walking trails. This is a room in our home with a shared bathroom if second bedroom is rented. Bathroom & kitchenette aren't shared with us. Our home/neighborhood is quiet & perfect for studying, rest & relaxation. In the summer enjoy the backyard deck and our BIG tree.

The old Carriage Airbnb is not a 5 stars hotel, but it can be a cozy and comfortable “home away from home” for travellers, workers, students, etc at a reasonable price. “Wake up with determination, go to bed with satisfaction.” At the Carriage Guest unit you will get a good night's sleep and a room service breakfast in the morning that will be ready from 7:45 am to 10:00 am. ( no special diet like gluten-free etc.)
