Driveway will accommodate multiple cars. Located between Paducah and the lakes. 12 miles to the sports park. 15 minutes to the mall, or to Kentucky and Barkley lakes.

1 bedroom with a Queen size bed and a twin rollaway bed. This space is a private apartment in the basement of my home with separate entrance. Sole access to the living room, 1 bedroom with queen bed, full bathroom, game area with foosball and ping pong tables, and kitchenette. Located on 1 acre, so it’s private, but still in town. 5 miles to downtown and 3 miles to mall area. Please note that since this listing is in my personal family home, I will only host those with positive reviews.

Land Between the Lakes is a short 15 minute drive. Fisherman & hunters are welcome, plenty of parking & space to turn around to accommodate boat trailers. Located 3 miles from I-24 Exit 31. Large dog run in the back yard! Starlink - fast WiFi!

PLEASE NOTE - - Because Air BnB only gives the host the option of selecting an “Entire House” or “Room w/ Shared Areas”, I have listed it as “Entire House” which means in the host’s case, the ENTIRE upper floor. It has a kitchenette, but not a full kitchen.
