Rent a boat 3 miles away at Anchorage Marina on Lake Burton and enjoy the restaurants in Clayton. The space: Clean and spacious. Nestled in the woods, yet minutes to historic downtown Clayton! House is cute, quaint, & comfy! This is Not a tiny home. Sleeps four. We have a large deck and a fire pit. I love to sit outside with coffee in the morning to hear the birds sing and at night to watch the stars! Free WIFI for streaming on Smart TV. I offer Free Amazon Prime. The Extra House

We have a comfortable Extra House we call it. Extra cozy extra cute Extra House. The house is right on the Tallulah River in Towns County. There is fishing/swimming hole about 100 ' up river and a waterfall up a trail behind the Big House about a 30 minute hike up and back. Longer if you jump in the falls. Trout fishing out the door and 6 miles of fishing along the main road. We have a 250' zipline into a swiming pond or get off before the water. Lots of hiking trails and waterfalls.

Tiny House -Hot tub, Waterfall & Farm View

Tiny House Living! The tiny house includes a double bed, 50” flat screen TV, small fridge, microwave, k cup machine, full tiny bathroom with shower and loft reading nook. Outside you will find 6 acres to roam, a two person hot tub, charcoal grill, fire-pit and small waterfall with a porch. The Lil Red Tiny House is located about 30 feet behind another home that is not currently occupied. Please Note: outdoor cameras are capable of recording.
