Our home was built in 1905 with additions in 1996. The Guesthouse was designed as a true ‘in-law’ suite and was constructed in 2010. We're in the historic downtown Toccoa neighborhood where folks still sit on their front porches and greet others as they amble by on the sidewalks. You are welcome to use the rear porch and breezeway during your visit with us. You’ll find the property convenient, safe, quiet & private with the advertised essential amenities available to make your visit pleasurable

Secluded Waterfall Cabin.

Romantic, rustic cabin at the base of a 35-foot waterfall, nestled in the middle of 16 secluded acres surrounded by national forest that extends to the Chattooga River. This magical get-away caters to those with an adventurous spirit. Hike from the cabin to additional waterfalls, bike down Turkey Ridge Road to Opossum Creek Trail and the Five Falls or drive two miles to the Chattooga Belle Farm. The Waterfall Cabin is a joy to us all, and we hope you love it as much as we do. No cleaning fee.

Brick House Cottage

This pet friendly Cottage is a quaint brick house located at the entrance to Toccoa Falls College, Stephens County Hospital and 1 mile away from Historic Downtown Toccoa. This four bedroom, two bath house can accommodate up to 9 people. (Please note the pricing is for up to four people with extra charges for each guest, over four & pets including infants/children/ get-togethers. It’s perfect for bridal parties, families, prospective students, parents coming to visit students & couples.

Waterfall Views, Lake Hartwell, Highland Architect

Come and enjoy nature with 100+ acres to roam. Architect James Fox designed this cantilevered cliffside home overlooking a beautiful waterfall. Feel like you are in the trees, in an area much as it was when inhabited by Cherokee Indians. Stream feeds into Lake Hartwell. In the summer months on the weekends and holidays kayaks, jet skis and small boats visit the falls. This property is in the foothills of the Appalachian Mountains. We have had as many as 16 people stay there overnight. * We are 3 hour drive from Gatlinberg, less than 15 miles from Toccoa Falls, Piedmont, North GA tech, and Truitt McCollege Colleges. * We are 40 miles from the Appalachian trail, and 20 miles from Helen, GA. Very quiet and restful. 100 miles from ATL and/or Greenville-Spartanburg Airports.

On the edge of the National Forest, Woodland Cottage is the perfect place to land after spending all day enjoying the natural wonders around us. This clean and quiet home in Clarkesville is centrally located to Tallulah Gorge and Alpine Helen. Golfing, hiking, horseback riding, fishing, canoeing and kayaking for the outdoor enthusiasts. Antiques, uniques and boutiques for the shoppers. No smoking and no pets help keep this home clean and fresh. Home has a carport and is accessible to people with disabilities.
