Den Chiemsee erreichen Sie mit dem Auto in 5 Minuten und die Berge in 15 Minuten. Tolle Radtouren kann man direkt vom Haus aus starten. Schöne Gassiwege direkt von der Haustür. The accommodation is located on a quiet, secluded organic farm in the Salzburg region. It's ideal for rest and relaxation, but also for cycling or running in the heart of nature. Several beautiful, warm swimming lakes are located between 2 and 7 km away. The IBM Moor is approximately 5 km away. The loft has a bathroom, a kitchen with an induction hob, electric stove, and refrigerator. The sauna can be rented exclusively for a fee. We do not offer a transfer service.

The winter sports resorts of Ruhpolding and Inzell can both be reached in 20 minutes and the Steinplatte ski area in 35 minutes.

In der ca. 145 m2 großen Wohnung fehlt es an keinerlei Komfort, es ist genügend Platz für bis zu acht Personen. Auch Hunde sind bei uns herzlich willkommen!

Apartment in a 19th century house, for 1- 4 in the old center beneath the castle/ monastry (sound of music), very calm, clean and cosy, ten minutes walk to the Mozartplatz, 15 minutes by bus from the trainstation. For our guests with toddlers/small children we are very happy to offer a Thule Sport 2 carriage for lend (10 euros/day). This way you can explore Salzburg by foot also with small children!
