No smoking in cottage. 4th bed is the double size sofa bed in the living room.. 2-double beds in downstairs bedroom.. One Queen upstairs loft bedroom.. 50 inch Smart TV in living room and bedroom. Boats are welcome, there is a boat launch into East Lake just down the street. Weekly rentals only in July, Saturday to Saturday!
