Grazioso loft vicino all' Università degli Studi di Trieste con parcheggio incustodito davanti all'alloggio. Si tratta di un appartamento di 20m2 composto da una piccola camera matrimoniale, bagno e zona giorno con divano letto. L'alloggio è molto particolare, con mobili pensati a rendere utili tutti gli spazi. Nelle vicinanze si trova una lavanderia a gettoni, una pasticceria, due supermercati e una farmacia. Il centro città è facilmente raggiungibile a piedi o in autobus.

Giusto, l' Osservatorio Astronomico ed il Civico Museo di Antichità' J.J Winkelmann. Nel circondario il parcheggio pubblico e' gratuito

The apartment, recently renovated and located in the center of Trieste (10 minutes walk from Piazza Unità), was designed to immerse guests in the history of the city. The neighborhood (the renowned "Viale XX Settembre", originally the "Aqueduct"), the building, the furnishings, the books ... everything brings back to the rich tradition of Trieste! The apartment is located on the second floor in a small condominium, in a quiet street a few steps from the city center (by foot in 15 minutes or by bus in 5 minutes you arrive in Piazza Unità). The building does not have a lift. Parking is free on the public street. The area is well served (supermarkets, pharmacy, restaurants and bars, bakery, fishmonger, butcher, laundry ....).

Our bright apartment is located in the heart of the old town, near the sea, close to San Giusto castle and piazza dell’Unità d’Italia. It has been our home for a long time and when we had to move in, we renovated and restored it with care, adapting it to the needs of future guests. You will find everything you need to enjoy your stay. We are sure that you will also love it.
