Set on a serene and completely private parcel, this unique property offers unobstructed views of the Pacific Ocean and access to the Mad River frontage beach, as well as a private duck-stocked pond and local creek. Welcome to The Wind and Tide where forest meets sea. Our newly remodeled home is situated on three acres of forested cliffside overlooking the Pacific, just north of the seaside village of Trinidad. Tranquility awaits as you take a dip in the hot tub and relax by the fire pit, soaking up the sounds of sea lions, the views of migrating whales, and sunsets and stargazing galore. Tide-pooling, agate hunting, and exploring Sue-Meg State Park is just a short drive down the road.

An easy trip from Arcata airport (ACV) or Hwy 101 and close access to the areas known beaches, redwood forests, lagoons and marshes to explore. Humboldt Cal Poly is located just 6 miles South.
