Just minutes from Lake Oconee, Great Waters golf course (Masters are played here regularly), the Ritz Carlton and all of the Oconee Lake Area shopping and amenities. Meet our performance horses (on appointment), hike our 9.5 miles of private trails and enjoy your large yard and patio. Only a 20 min drive for antiquing and dining in historic Madison or head to Athens, home to UGA and all the shopping, dining and night-life of a college town. At night, relax by the fire-pit while you roast marshmallows and listen to the owls.

This light & airy studio is on our 2 acre lot separate and private from our house. In a safe neighborhood, 15-20 minutes to Athens, it has a cozy private back porch. We strive to be environmentally conscious- recycling, composting, solar Has queen bed, full bath, internet, TV w/ Roku stick, kitchen nook with sink, hotplate, microwave and small frig (no full stove or grill). Ceiling fans throughout, and quiet mini-split for heat & A/C . A wood stove is available for a $35 fee (notify host).

The Bungalow is part of the main house with a separate, PRIVATE entrance through the backyard.

With over 150 acres, miles of trails, and a well stocked private lake you are sure to have an amazing visit!
