A unique, charming cottage for a couple’s retreat

Art's hut is a 1930's couples retreat nestled amongst a country garden and Glendale homestead. The hut is the foundation building of a family working cattle stud "Graneta". This cottage has peaceful country charm, well situated at the foothills of the Bunya Mountains and only 4kms from the quaint town of Bell which has plenty to see and do. Only 33kms drive to the heritage-listed Jimbour house and the beautiful Bunya Mountains which is a lovely drive with spectacular views and great walks.

We are less than 10 mins from Nanango & 20 to Kingaroy. The South Burnett has something to offer for all, cafes, wineries, rail trails & adventurous bushwalks to name a few.

Off-the grid Country Retreat

De-stress, relax and recharge your batteries. Just a 2hr drive from Brisbane. We're off the grid with solar power and rain water tanks. Dog friendly with fully fenced 5 acres for your dog to explore. We have 5 Border Collies on the property, and they love meeting our guests. There is no separate fence around the cottage. We live in the main house but screening provides privacy. Collect your fresh eggs every morning, and any seasonal veggies. Indoor fireplace and outdoor fire pit.

One-bedroom tiny home with modern open plan living on semi-rural acreage. Close to numerous wedding venues, self-contained, linen provided, reverse cycle air-conditioning, wood fireplace with breathtaking sunsets. Entertainment provided by playful ball chasing pooches. Tucked away on 5 peaceful private acres, this cosy country retreat is the perfect place to slow down, switch off and enjoy the simple things. Wake to the sounds of native birds, spend your afternoons exploring nearby national parks and waterfalls, then unwind beside the firepit under spectacular star-filled skies. Guests love the peaceful atmosphere, visiting king parrots and wallabies, wide open spaces for kids and dogs, and the cosy homely feel that makes it hard to leave.

Belltree Ridge - Private Rural Escape

Belltree Ridge is an absolute treasure in a stunning location. It is an extremely unique hand crafted homestead built from reclaimed and local timber. It offers complete privacy and is just 11 kms from the township of Maleny. For winter comfort, a wood burning fireplace and for summer an outside fire-pit . We also have ducted air-conditioning and heating. We now have Starlink Wi-fi but will happily turn it off so guests can really disconnect from their busy lives.
