Welcome to our stunning home set in a historic Viennese building which combines classic charm with modern and antique furnishings. Accommodating up to five guests plus a toddler, it offers generous living space in a prime central location. The apartment features a large living and dining room overlooking Krugerstraße. The fully equipped kitchen has everything needed. There is a master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, a second bedroom with a separate bathroom, and an additional guest toilet.

Urban Oasis mitten in der Stadt– ruhig & grün

Sie befinden sich im Herzen von Wien. Dieses klimatisierte Deluxe- Studio befindet sich in einem ruhigen, efeubewachsenen Innenhof, nur 200 Schritte vom Dom entfernt, im historischen Teil von Wien. Sie können buchstäblich überall hin zu Fuß gehen und es gibt wundervolle Restaurants in der Nähe. Das Studio (27m2) selbst ist komplett neu gestaltet, das Bad und die Möbel sind komplett neu. Obwohl zentral, ist es sehr ruhig. Professionelle Reinung und Desinfektion sorgt für 5-Stern Sauberkeit.

Alle bieten einen beeindruckenden Blick auf den Stephansdom. Diese Apartments sind zwischen 58 m² und 60 m² groß und verfügen über Vorzimmer mit voll eingerichteter Küche, Badezimmer, Sat-TV, Mobiltelefon sowie Klimatisierung. Die Reinigung erfolgt täglich vormittags an Werktagen und ist im Preis inbegriffen.

Das stilvolle Zimmer liegt in der historischen Blutgasse, einer der ältesten Gassen der Stadt. Hier ist Wien noch ganz ursprünglich: gepflastert, autofrei, geheimnisvoll – und trotzdem sind es nur zwei Minuten zu Fuß zum Stephansdom und zum Mozarthaus. Auch Mozart hat eine Zeit lang in der Blutgasse gelebt. Und ganz ehrlich: Er wusste wohl, warum.

The apartment itself, like all the other apartments in the building, has been newly renovated to meet modern standards. In addition, a designer and artist has been brought in to breathe a pleasant degree of design and liveliness into the apartments.

Bright, beautiful and quiet flat in the center - top location! Two rooms. Two bed (one big very comfortable double bed and in the other room one very comfortable proper single bed). Internet. Towels. Very clean. Great for couples, friends and business people. The apartment is on the first floor (or the second if you consider the ground floor as the first floor - it is not on the ground floor!) and there is an elevator.
