At roughly 900 sq. ft., it has all the character of a 150-year-old home with today’s modern amenities for a comfortable getaway. Tucked away on a quiet hillside, it's easy to forget that you are mere steps from shops, restaurants, and year-round festivities and events and minutes away from exploring Nevada's high desert landscape. You will feel right at “home on The Comstock” in this cozy cottage.

Fernley Guest Suite/Near NAS Fallon, Reno, Tesla

This private and spacious guest suite with a separate entrance 35 minutes to Reno and the airport; 40 minutes to NAS Fallon. Between guests, we carefully disinfect ALL touchable surfaces and items - doors, drawers, switches, handles, furniture, dishes, linens, etc. - all are sanitized thoroughly. We want to be sure you feel safe and comfortable as possible. In the winter months, November-April, please check road conditions and carry chains; recommend having a 4 wheel/all wheel drive vehicle.

Comfortable, modern house set right in the middle of the Nevada desert and beautiful alfalfa fields with the most amazing sunsets! Take a walk right out the back. Traveling with your horses? We offer layover services too, just ask! If more than two guests, we do have a queen air mattress for the living room. NO ANIMALS IN THE UNIT! $150 fine for inside animals. We have heated indoor/outdoor kennels for animals.
