Our home is a quarter mile from a railroad crossing (and this is a community built around the railroad) so you may hear trains going by. All beds have new comfortable mattresses in a very spacious size room. The fully stocked kitchen is perfect for cooking for your family. However, many guest dine out and visit Calloway Gardens.

It was built in 1933 on the grounds of the Roosevelt Warm Springs Institute for Rehabilitation within walking distance of Roosevelt's Little White House. This park like property is bordered in the back by the FDR state park. You are two minutes from downtown Warm Springs, but given total privacy on this unique property that is ADA compliant on the first floor of the home.
