It is nestled in the mountains along beautiful Lake Chatuge and has been recently remodeled. Sorry no pets are allowed. Our 4 cozy, up-scale cottages are located on 1 acre of land that back up to the flowing Butternut Creek, and are conveniently located close to shops and restaurants, At Creekside Cottages we don't sacrifice Luxury for comfort, so we've combined the best of both to give you the perfect retreat. We do allow small dogs only. If you have a larger dog or other type of animal, reach out to me first for approval.

The Garden Shed

Simplicity, comfort and just a touch of whimsy. The 500 square ft, 2 bedroom guesthouse was actually a garden shed in its former life, lodging tractors, lawnmowers and gardening equipment. We have poured a lot of love into making it a very comfortable place to unwind, relax and enjoy the beautiful mountains. The private backyard features a fire pit with adirondack chairs, a tripod grill, charcoal grill, and picnic table. Firewood is provided per length of your stay.

Outdoor recreation on Lake Chatuge and the Hiawassee River is moments away. Fine-dining restaurants are nearby, or enjoy a meal on the balcony while watching the sunset.
