Our cottage is a base camp from which to enjoy the beauty of the north woods. Plan your winter to snowmobile, ice fish, downhill or cross-country ski and hike. In summer make it a get-a-way for fishing, kayaking, canoeing, or ATVing. Venture out to the numerous waterfalls, hike the Ottawa National Forest or Sylvania Wilderness, view the scenic Porcupine Mountains, drive through the Keweenaw peninsula. Supper clubs, grocery store, gas station, bowling alley, pub/restaurant only 3 miles away. Many trails, UTV, snowmobile, hiking near by. Snowmobiling trails are is top notch!

Sand beach, canoes, kayak, great lake views! Refrig, coffee maker, microwave and toaster, but no kitchen (great restaurants nearby). Come and go as you please. Host is usually on property, residing in main house. Kids over 8 years welcome. NO pets, jet-skis, ATVs, fireworks, loud music or powerboats, please.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful, secluded cabin right off the trails on 14 wooded acres with frontage on private Deer Lake. BBQ or grill out on the massive wooden deck and take a short hike down the sandy hill and through the wooded path to the clear, shallow lakefront, perfect for swimming or kayaking on Deer Lake. We have 4 adult kayaks and 1 youth kayak. Build a fire right by the house OR down at the lakefront in either of the two firepits, wood provided!
