Finished in 2025 with outdoor entertainment area added in 2026, the home is complete with pool, hot tub, game room and plenty of space for the family to relax. 12 min to downtown Greenville, 30 min to Clemson. The Raymond has 4 bedrooms, separate office and 3.5 baths. There are two ensuite bedrooms with king beds, one upstairs and one down. Two downstairs bedrooms share a full bath. NO PARTIES/EVENTS
