We live upstairs with our animals and little one, but you will have the basement all to yourselves with a private entrance through the back. Feel free to use the patio and porch swing. Enjoy a 1.5 acre rustic tree surrounded rural setting just six minutes from WSU, a thriving college community. Hiking and biking trails abound in the areas nearby. Please expect to hear choirs of birds, see beautiful sunrises, and hear a cocka-doodle-doo or two. Meet Gum Drop the kitty and Jimmer the black lab. You will have a basement apartment/private entrance. Kitchen is not generally included but we are not inflexible. Microwave and coffee station along with kitchenware included.

This sweet little cottage is nestled amongst trees in the back yard of the main house and is definitely full of character. We were told the outbuilding started out as a chicken coop and, over time, it morphed into a people coop. If you’re looking for perfection you will not find it here. What you will find is a comfy little place with a feeling of being in the woods.
