Welcome to our charming newly renovated home located in Wilmington, Ohio. This house was built by my husband's grandfather in 1954 and has been in our family ever since. This spacious interior is equipped with everything you need for an enjoyable and comfortable stay. We are located 2 miles from the World Equestrian Center, 3 miles from Lake Cowan, 2.3 miles from Majestic Springs Golf Course, 6.5 miles from Wilmington Air Park, and 7 miles from Robert's Center. This house has a new HVAC system.

Enjoy small-town Ohio at this peaceful and centrally located second-floor apartment 4 blocks from downtown Wilmington. Everything has been remodeled, with an all-new kitchenette and a fully refurbished bedroom and bathroom. Perfect for one or two people! The twin-size sofa bed can also accommodate a third person. Your dogs are welcome here. We have a fully fenced backyard with a firepit and patio table so you can enjoy the outdoors. We’re a 10-minute drive from the WEC and the Rogers Center.

Situated on a small horse farm with beautiful pastures and lots of horses to look at. You will have complete privacy. Take a walk down the quiet road, or sit on the front porch and just enjoy. We ask that you crate your dogs if they are to be left unattended.
