Come and make yourselves at home in our well-equipped, cosy bungalow. Relax in the gorgeous garden and enjoy the view of Garrowby Hill. Accessible yet private, we are lucky enough to be on a bus route into York or nearby Pocklington.

The Garden Suite

NO SMOKERS. The HOT TUB is exclusively yours! Not suitable for children. Please make your that both guests are happy with the house rules before booking. A lovely Suite overlooking the courtyard and garden to which you have free access. Pocklington is 2 miles, with plenty of pubs, bars and restaurants. The local pub is ten minutes walk. York is a 30 minute drive. We are perfectly placed for walking, cycling or driving holidays. York 12 miles.

Fairview Apartment

Comfortable modern ground floor apartment located next to a farm shop, cafe and campsite within easy walking distance from the historic market town of Pocklington. Originally this was my parents ‘granny flat’ which benefits from wheelchair access through the front door, along with a large shower shower with grab handles. An open plan kitchen, dining and lounge are with very comfortable high backed electric recliner chairs.
