Tesla charging station for those looking to have the convenience of charging your vehicle at no additional cost. Patio access, but back yard is being reseeded so we ask you stay off grass.

Only 2.5 miles from Downtown Plumas Street (shopping, dinning, pubs/sports bars). About 13 miles from the Toyota Amphitheatre and Hard Rock Casino. About 30 minutes from Colusa Casino, Gold Country Casino, and Feather Falls Casino. Adventist Health and Rideout Hospital is 10 minutes away, 2 minutes from CA Hwy 99 (short distance to Sacramento, Roseville and Chico).

Yuba City Front Unit 5 beds 1 bath w/Pool, Laundry

This mostly remodeled open floor plan 3 bed 1 bath unit has 3 Queen beds 1 queen hideabed and 1 twin size hideabed. This is the front unit (the larger of the two). This unit shares the laundry area in the garage, outdoor spaces to include the pool, and lounge areas. The pool is not heated, but is open for use year round. Very small older home, in an older neighborhood. Smart TV in each room with Hulu and Netflix. There is NO cable!! Pet approvals are based on breed/allergens. Please INQUIRE on pet fee before booking. Fee covers general cleaning up after pet. If your pet pees or poohs inside $100 feet.
