Welcome to my delightful basement suite nestled in welcoming Riverdale. Featuring a generously sized main bedroom and a cozy secondary bedroom, this suite offers two bathrooms and is located on a quiet street adjacent to a community greenspace with a forested park, an ice rink, and a playground. Find yourself a short walk away from the local grocery store (5-10 minutes), the hospital (10-15 minutes), and the vibrant downtown (15-20 minutes), with scenic trails accompanying you most of the way.

Kick back and relax in this stylish, peaceful space. The unit is 15 min drive from town and is one bedroom, one bathroom suite built in 2023. The bedroom has a loft bed above the queen bed. Deck has patio furniture and propane fireplace to use. Next to the rental suite is a log home that the property owners live in.

There is also a large professional recording studio on the property.
