Große gemütliche traditionelle Wohnung in ersten Stock in den Bergen. 1 min zu Fuß zum Bus (im Winter Skibus) und mit dem Bus erreicht man 2 Skigebiete innerhalb 5-10min (Kronplatz 30min). Familien oder Freundesgruppen sind immer willkommen, wir haben einen schönen Garten und eine schöne Aussicht auf die Berge. Sehenswürdigkeiten mit dem Bus leicht erreichbar (Burgtaufers, Krippenmuseum, Bergbaumuseum, Klimastollen, Mineralienmuseum...) und es gibt auch viele Wanderrouten die wir weiterempfehlen

In den verschneiten Monaten laden die nahegelegenen Skigebiete zu aufregenden Abfahrten und Schneevergnügen ein. Unser Haus liegt in einer äußerst ruhigen Lage am Ortsrand von St. Johann, fernab von Durchgangsverkehr.

Set in Valle Aurina, the holiday apartment "Stoana 3-3" offers guests a breathtaking view of the Alps. The 50 m² property consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, and 1 bathroom, and can accommodate 4 people. Among the on-site amenities are high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a dishwasher, and a TV. A high chair is available, and a baby cot can be provided for a fee. Moreover, there is a wellness area on the premises with a shared sauna and hay beds.

The Mühlwalder Tal (Italian: Valle dei Molini) is a 16 km long mountain valley with lush mountain forests, rushing mountain streams and fresh mountain air - a true paradise for those seeking relaxation, nature lovers and outdoor enthusiasts. In the middle of it all, in an idyllic secluded location on the slope of the mountains, is the Hochgruberhof with its own cheese dairy. The two-storey chalet "Chalet Henne - Hochgruberhof" is built of natural materials and measures 70 m2.

Appartement 'Lärche' im Holzhaus auf dem Bauernhof

Das Natur.Appartement 'LÄRCHE' liegt im ersten Stock des Holzhauses inmitten unserer grünen Wiese. Es besteht aus zwei Etagen und verfügt über eine Wohnküche, einem Badezimmer und zwei Schlafzimmern. Auf dem gemütlichen Süd-Balkon mit seinen Lounge-Sesseln und der Hängematte genießt ihr einen wunderbaren Panoramablick auf die umliegenden Berggipfel. Das Holzhaus wurde aus dem Holz des eigenen Waldes nachhaltig und mit Liebe gefertigt und erhielt einen Holzbaupreis.

Ruhige, zentrale Lage mit Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus. Die Reinbachwasserfälle und das Zentrum können problemlos zu Fuß erreicht werden. Die Unterkunft ist sehr geräumig, hat einen tollen Wintergarten (veranda vetrata - im Winter unbeheizt) u. bietet direkten Zugang zur Wiese vor dem Haus. Unsere Gäste erhalten den Holidaypass: freie Nutzung des öffentlichen Nahverkehrs Südtirols und Mai und Juni 2027 kostenlose Nutzung der Aufstiegsanlagen in der Skiworld Ahrntal.

In the village of St. Jakob - Ahrntal, this rustic holiday home is part of a health farm which combines traditional and modern elements and is located 1200 m above sea level. Golserhof is situated in a quiet location above the historic village of Steinhaus in the Ahrntal Valley and offers a beautiful panoramic view of the surrounding mountains. In addition to cows and calves, goats, rabbits and chickens live on the farm. There is a farm garden with fresh vegetables and home-made farm products such as jam, eggs and milk.
