The back yard has a patio with full table, sitting area, lawn, shady, fish pond and landscaped to enhance birds, bees and butterflies is in progress.

You'll have easy access to 5 Mile Recreation Area, and the many trails of South Rim in Upper Bidwell Park! You'll have your own private space, separate and gated off from the main house. The casita is fully furnished with new stainless steal appliances, Cal King bed, and spacious walk in shower. The sofa pulls out to a queen bed as a second sleeping space.
