The home is a 1/2 mile from Ozark Medical Center while City water park, shopping, dining, Country Club, MSU and historic downtown West Plains are all within a short distance. There is easy access to and from the main highway without the noise. The house is spacious with lots of room to stretch out, both inside and outside.

The Shanty is located on private sandy beach on the Eleven Point River- great for fishing, swimming, boating, & floating! This cabin is very secluded and in the country, please expect animals, bugs, insects, etc. There is an outdoor fire-pit with seating & rope swing *Charcoal grill (will have to provide own charcoal) *Firewood $10/bundle, please request and pay 24 hours before arrival. **Pets are welcome with $50 pet fee. **Outfitters nearby **Cars ok but small suv/truck recommended

Deep in the Ozarks Eminence is world famous for it's natural beauty and recreational activities. We offer a very cozy cabin with full kitchen, washer/dryer, screened in porch, stone fire place in private country setting. We are 3 miles down a gravel road which gives us lots of privacy and very little traffic. There is very little cell service but we have WiFi. We are located just 10 miles outside of Eminence, and the cabin sets atop a valley over looking our pastures.

Our cabin sleeps six people with a queen size bed, one set of bunk beds, full size blow-up mattress, and a loveseat. We are about a mile and a half from Whitten Access. The deck is a great place to just sit and relax and let the world pass by. A spring fed Creek Runs along the edge of the property and is great for just sitting and relaxing. There is a BBQ pit and fire pit on site. Pets are welcome.
