This property was remodeled in 2021 and is ready to become part of your family vacation memories. There are a lot of things to do in the basement/outside: propane grill and griddle, charcoal grill, pool table, Foosball, ping-pong, kid's toys, corn hole, board games, Firepit, outdoor games, many photo ops, and more.

This cozy hideaway is conveniently located in the heart of Houston, Missouri, directly beside the hospital. The home is equipped with a mini fridge, microwave and coffee maker for our guests. The main living area has a reclining sofa, the bedroom features a queen bed and the bathroom has a walk-in shower. There is a desk located in the bedroom for any work related trips you have in the area. Your stay will include WiFi and a smart TV for you to stream your favorite shows.

It is also just a 10 minute drive to Jadwin, MO if canoeing or kayaking is your flavor.

This former dairy barn sits on a farm that has been in our family for 150 years. It was our dream to turn it into a cozy, comfortable home that could be enjoyed by anyone needing a quiet country getaway. We are located close to Big Piney River, with river access from almost any direction, Piney River Brewing Company, Big Piney Sportsman's Club, Mark Twain National Forest and about 45 minutes to hour to several accesses on the Current and Jacks Fork Rivers.

Secluded Stone Cabin w/ Wood-Fired Hot Tub

Peaceful and secluded retreat to unplug and unwind. This off‑the‑grid experience has no electricity or flushing toilets, we do provide the essentials: running hot water, an outhouse, all the firewood you will need and propane lighting. Stay includes access to a handcrafted, wood‑fired hot. Four-wheel-drive, or high-profile two-wheel drive vehicles are needed to get to the cabin. We must greet guests at arrival to show you how to use the propane lights.
