The pool is open May -Sep. Oct subject to weather conditions.

Overlooking Roero and Langhe Hills, Casa Malrotti is elegant, while relaxed and homely. Homely because it is our home. We live in a part of the property with separate entrance. We love having people come to enjoy the house and gardens and meeting new people from all over the world. Situated with its back to the village of Govone, the only views are that of nature giving you the best of both worlds. Sauna and Hot Tub available all year with salt water pool open in-season (April - September).

The hilltop villa is surrounded by a private park and the renovation has just been completed, with the lowest environmental impact and maximum comfort: photovoltaic system, underfloor heating, electric car and bike charging. Outside there are ample spaces to enjoy. Each floor is autonomous and has modern kitchens, bathrooms, living and dining areas. The attic has two bathrooms and two connected rooms. The terrace offers an incomparable panorama, in the context of the Unesco heritage site.

Huset er velegnet til flere generationer eller vennepar. Huset ligger i den lille by Denice på toppen af et bjerg. Indkøb er 3,5km væk. Badestrand 60 minutter i bil eller tog. Der er fremragende vandre- cykle- og løbemuligheder i området og masser af plads til afslapning og hygge i huset.
