From my family to yours: Welcome to my authentic adobe home, built by my grandpa with my dad & family’s help. My grandma’s (newly renovated) home holds special childhood memories. You will create your own: relax on the 1.2 acre property, fish in the small river behind the home, hike, hunt, ski at Sipapu, take a short drive to Taos or Chimayo, enjoy weekend farmer’s markets or dine at the legendary Sugar Nymph’s, right across the street. Located in the world-famous Greater World Earthship Community, this modern off-grid home is one of a kind! Built by hand over 8 years by me, your host, Kirsten. This sustainable house is bright, light, and airy with clean lines and unique details. Like all Earthships this house is built from natural and repurposed materials such as used automobile tires, cardboard, old cans and bottles. All electricity for the house is from solar. All water is from the sky. More comfort, less hippie.

Farmhouse Casita in scenic Llano San Juan 10 minutes off the High Road to Taos. Full kitchen and bath with washer dryer. Private fenced yard with garden, patio table and lounge chair. Fire pit with wood. Spectacular mountain views and 10 farm acres to roam. Pets are OK but only small dogs inside. (kennel and/or fenced yard available for bigger dogs or ones that shed profusely). Designated parking space and room for RVs. High speed Wifi is available.

Comfort in the woods “Los Vallecitos LLC”

This little cabin is nestled in the pines with spectacular views of the Sangre de Cristo mountains. The roads are a little rough, but this will only assure you a quite and peaceful retreat away from crowded campgrounds and congested resort areas. If you are interested in hiking or exploring, this is the perfect place, or you can simply relax and enjoy some quite solitude on the mountain. Plan your vacation at this cute little cabin! The kitchen is furnished with a refrigerator/freezer, oven/stove, microwave, toaster, coffee pot and more. There is A/C and heating as well as a smart TV and Wifi so you can have a comfortable, relaxing, and productive stay! On top of all that, we are centrally located between Los Alamos, Santa Fe, Pojoaque and Taos so you can easily visit some of our most amazing tourist spots!

Grandma's Ol' House-10 Minutes Away From Sipapu

Grandmas Ol'House is a cozy little house next to the main highway, and 10 miles from the Sipapu Ski Loge. There is also great places to go tubbing, hiking, and bike riding. There are a couple of grocery stores, restaurants, and gas stations for your convenience. If you are looking for a nice peaceful getaway, then this is a great place to stay!
