Small but nice apartment

Our small, well-kept house is located in the sunny Burggrafenamt, in the rose village of Nals. Centrally located, it is ideal for cultural and sporting activities of all kinds. The house with 4 residential units is located in the centre of the village with a grocery store, café and bakery right next door. The village is very lively during the day. Unfortunately, I cannot offer absolute peace and quiet, but I can offer good connections, short distances and integration into lively village life

A 15 minuti da Bolzano e Merano si trova un elegante appartamento di 65mt a due piani con ingresso autonomo,composto da soggiorno\cucina, una camera da letto (letto francese) e un bagno, per offrirvi un confortevole soggiorno. L’appartamento si trova in una posizione adatta per raggiungere in pochi minuti i famosi mercatini di Natale. L’appartamento si trova in un castello del 16 secolo. Al pianoterra del castello si trova un piccolo ristorante, dove è possibile trascorrere una bella serata.

Stilvolle 70 qm Wohnung in Nals. Zwei Schlafzimmer mit eigenem Charakter und einem geräumigen Ess- und Wohnbereich. Sehr zentral gelegen, Dorfzentrum in ein paar Minuten fußläufig zu erreichen. Kostenlose Parkmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Nals dient als sehr gute Ausgangslage um Wanderungen, tolle Fahrradtouren oder auch Stadtbummel in Meran oder Bozen zu unternehmen. Fahrräder können im privatem Bereich sicher abgestellt werden. Bei Fragen oder Anliegen bin ich vor Ort und für Sie erreichbar.
