Alles Comfortappartement, Beim diesem Appartementpreis ist keine Premiumcard includiert (Benutzung von der Freizeit Arena ) Kurtaxe wir vor Ort berechnet €5 pro Person pro Nacht im Sommer. Von Jänner bis Februar werden unsere Appartements nur von Samstag bis Samstag vermietet. Sie können die Bilder der Appartements auf meiner Homepage ansehen. Frühstück können Sie vor Ort mit buchen. €20 pro Person pro Tag. Das Waschen und Trocknen der Wäsche kostet pro Waschgang €10 und ist nicht kostenfrei.

Die Wohnung liegt in einem 2018 errichteten Haus im Zentrum der beschaulichen Ötztaler Gemeinde Längenfeld. Die Umgebung ist trotz der zentralen Lage sehr ruhig und sonnig. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants, Bushaltestellen, örtliche Infrastruktur und die Therme "Aqua Dome" sind fußläufig binnen Minuten zu erreichen. Die Wohnung selbst liegt im 1. The house is only 500m away from the next ski lift station and a short walk towards the city center. The whole house has been completely renovated in 2023. The apartment accomodates up to 10 persons, offers a private garden and a balcony, 3 lovely bed rooms, 2 bathrooms and a spacious kitchen and dining area. Parking is available directly in front of the house.
