A sitting area with a smart TV is available. 2 full size beds, 1 doubles as a couch, the other is in the above loft. Platform sitting area off of loft bedroom. The small kitchen offers everything you need for your stay. Bathroom features a tub/shower combo. There is an outdoor sitting area with grill & firepit.

You can enjoy fishing, hunting, shopping downtown or just relaxing by the fire.  It's a one BR, one bath new home with 4 recliners and a queen air mattress in addition to the queen bedroom. We have everything you need to get away! There are two state parks within a mile and the new Miller's Ferry Marina is now open!l

River House Retreat

Our tranquil getaway on the water has 2 bdrm./2 ba, private dock w/ power & on-site boat launch. Enjoy nature & fishing along the Alabama River within minutes. A full air mattress adds to the sleeping capability. The expansive outdoor area includes comfortable seating, a large screen TV, dining table, porch & rockers. It is the perfect spot to enjoy the sunrise/sunsets or the big game. The fire pit will keep you warm on a cool winter night. Min. stay -2 nights.

The Rusty Brick Studio

Come relax at this unique, cozy studio and enjoy a quiet farm setting. The studio is located a mile from Newbern, along a main hwy 10 miles south of Greensboro, 20 east of Demopolis and 50 miles south of Tuscaloosa. The studio has brick floors and the interior wood walls and beams are from reclaimed barn wood. We want our guests to relax with a good cup of coffee, a great night's sleep and time to enjoy an Alabama sunset from the front porch chairs!

The Ranch House

The Ranch House has three bedrooms and two baths and sits in a 30 acre hay field. It has plenty of porches, both covered and screened, and has a gas grill. It has all the comforts of home, such as a utility room with washer and dryer, and a full kitchen with plenty of cookware. There is a 65 inch Roku TV in the living room and smaller ones in each bedroom. The game room has a poker table and plenty of board games. There is also an office area.

Rustic River Cabin

Welcome to The Cabin, where comfort meets timeless simplicity. Our cozy retreat offers a peaceful setting perfect for relaxing. The private dock is perfect for fishing or enjoying quiet mornings by the water. You're invited to take advantage of the on-site boathouse and covered boat shed, boathouse bait refrigerator, and fire pit. There is an RV spot located onsite with power and water hookup for an additional fee.

Buck Bungalow

This is a little cottage in the middle of town. It is an open floor plan with 1 king bed, 1 couch and roll-away beds available upon request. Enjoy the convenience of being able to walk to everything in town and the serenity of a rustic themed space. Just steps away from some beautifully restored buildings and convenient to the towns lake and walking trails. No pets or smoking inside.
