Designed for tranquility and connection, the villa's expansive terraces offer a multitude of serene spaces to unwind, from sunrise coffees to sunset cocktails. Deep covered loggias provide shaded retreats filled with plush seating for both intimate moments and lively gatherings. At the heart of the terrace, the enlarged pool commands attention, perfect for a refreshing swim, cooling dip, or an afternoon of lounging with a chilled drink in hand. A grand gazebo dining area, set beside the pool, invites guests to dine al fresco surrounded by the sights and sounds of the tropical hillside.

Inside, the open-plan great room flows effortlessly into the outdoors. Large glass doors disappear into the walls, creating a seamless transition between interior and terrace. The living space combines clean lines and neutral tones with vibrant Caribbean accents and dark wood finishes, creating an ambiance that is both stylish and welcoming. The modern gourmet kitchen, recently remodelled with sleek finishes and professional­ grade appliances, opens directly to the view, perfect for convivial cooking or casual entertaining.

All three bedrooms are of equal size and located under one roof, each opening to the terrace and offering stunning views. The serene decor features crisp white linens, natural fabrics, and soft neutral hues that foster a sense of calm and relaxation. Each bedroom includes a spa-style en suite bathroom with walk-in showers adorned in tumbled marble and river stone. One suite features a romantic Moroccan-inspired outdoor shower, while another enjoys a private sea view from its bathroom.

Ideally located, Sol e Luna is just minutes from Baie Nettle's gourmet restaurants, the fine food and wine shops of Cupe coy, and the chic boutiques and cafes of Mari got, the French capital. The airport and Maho nightlife are a short 15-minute drive away, ensuring convenience without sacrificing serenity.
