Host - Very friendly, provided necessary information and gives clear instructions. Was always available.

Apartment - very clean, linen were new! Peaceful, so we could rest from our day trips.
It's located on the sixth floor (no elevator ), but I knew that beforehand ( read the reviews). There is a supermarket and a pharmacy (24/7) 4 minutes away to the left and on the right there is a small mini restaurant,where they serve oven baked pizzas. A 2 min walk will bring you to 2 small food shops, one is serving delicious hummus and kimchi and the other one hod dogs.

The cascade complex is only 15 min away on foot.

Overall a very good bargain I would come again!

Logement très propre, très fonctionnel, tout est fait pour qu'on s'y sente bien. Le logement se situe en ville proche de tous les cafés restaurants et commerce, mais tres calme. Lusine est très professionnelle et toujours disponible. Bravo a vous et merci pour tout !

I stayed in this apartment for 4 nights during my trip to Yerevan, and overall it was a great experience. The location is fantastic—right in the center, making it super easy to explore the city on foot. The apartment had all the essentials for a comfortable stay, and it was clean and nicely presented.

The host was excellent—very responsive and helpful, especially when the water boiler switched off after a power cut. They were quick to assist and made sure everything was back up and running smoothly.

That said, there are a few things to be aware of:
• There’s no shower curtain, so the bathroom does tend to get wet when you shower.
• Some useful kitchen basics were missing, like a tea towel, coasters, oven gloves, a strainer, and there’s no microwave.
• There are no hooks for hanging towels in the bathroom or coats by the entrance, which would be a helpful addition.
• if you’re arriving late or leaving early, note that parts of the stairwell up to the 6th floor aren’t well lit

We liked the accomodation and felt really well, a modern appartment, at 6th floor, good for hosting 3-4 people in the 2 room. The rooms are small and can get hot if you do not turn the AC. We had everything we needed.
