The property itself was beautiful, clean, and exactly as described. Our group of seven enjoyed both the home and the Breckenridge location.

Unfortunately, the host’s communication was the most negative experience we’ve ever had with Airbnb. Before our stay even began, we were questioned about whether we planned to throw a party, despite being under the allowed number of guests. The assumption felt unnecessary and hard not to ignore the possibility that it was tied to our Spanish surnames, considering nothing in our booking suggested otherwise.

The check-in and check-out instructions were also overly long, strict, and discouraging, which set the wrong tone for our trip. While the property itself deserves five stars, the host’s approach made us feel unwelcome, like we were walking on eggshells, and ultimately overshadowed what could have been a perfect stay.
